I am an old soul, lover of walking with the pups, listening to the birds chirp while the wind gently ruffles the trees - those simple, peaceful moments are what I live for.
I have been photographing weddings since 2014. After I graduated high school, I started working as an assistant to a wedding photographer, and it blossomed into a love of weddings. Since then, I have captured hundreds of weddings for so many beautiful people.
My goal as a photographer has always been to capture beautiful moments as they unfold, but I want to do more than just that. I want to tell your story and showcase your legacy in all it's beauty. Being authentic is what makes your photos so special. I am not about those "posey, gotta have it, Instagram worthy" photos. I'm about real, beautiful photos of things that actually happen in your life.

Little Family
It all started when I met my boyfriend in high school. When I saw him, I knew there was something special about him. We have been together going on 9 years. Our first year was long distance while I finished up college and he traveled for work. Once I graduated, we hit the road for a few years, living out of our renovated fifth wheel camper with our rescue pup Olive. We have lived in and traveled to about 19 different states in our years together.
We finally decided it was time to settle down in 2020 when we purchased our first home in the foothills of Central California. We have grown to love the farm life we have created on our five acres. We have chickens, cats, dogs and horses.
Our life is so full of chaos, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
WHY "BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES?"
A few years ago, my grandfather passed away. He always told us to create and to cherish those beautiful memories. I had the honor of creating his celebration of life memorial video and I couldn't help but sit in awe as I scrolled through all the amazing moments he had experienced and all the beautiful photos he captured along the way.
From then on, I knew that my purpose was to capture those beautiful memories for others.

Hiring C’anna as my engagement and wedding photographer was a no-brainer! I saw her portfolio and instantly knew her style was an accurate reflection of mine. Cannot put into words how much C’anna means to my husband and I! Not only did she provide us with the most breathtaking photos for both our engagement shoot & wedding, we gained a lifelong friend in the process. From the moment we met C’anna I felt an instant connection, and man did we have an adventure that day! Our planned Taft Point Yosemite engagement photo shoot had to be cancelled last minute due to a sudden snow storm, which ended up being a full on blizzard. C’anna was extremely professional with communication and even offered to pick us up in Fish Camp. Our hopes weren’t high for the photos due to the blizzard and lack of visibility but as soon as we hit the valley floor, the sky opened up for a short period and she captured the most AMAZING PHOTOS that we will cherish for a lifetime.
Fast forward to our wedding day 10 months later, the week of our wedding we find out that our venue might be affected by the September forest closures. C’anna was so amazing and constantly checked in with us and even offered to help us find a new location WEEK OF if we needed, she is an ANGEL. Thankfully, our venue was able to accommodate our wedding and again, C’anna was amazing from start to finish and saved my butt on multiple occasions. Our photos are breathtaking and we have received so many compliments. Our bridal party and family were blown away with how amazing, friendly, and talented she is. We love you C’anna!
